Postpartum Care

Getting to know your newborn baby as you settle into life as your new post-birth self calls for lots and lots of support. This can come from family and friends, if they understand the true needs of new parents. However, many new parents these days are left without the nurturing support they require.

As a postpartum doula, I can join you for this part of your journey, bringing ease and validation to your experience. I understand that the fourth trimester is a tender time, when many people may be feeling vulnerable and unsure of themselves. You don't need to do this alone.

"Words can not describe or sum up the absolutely incredible experience we had with Katrina at Cedar Sisters. Katrina is a beautiful & grounded soul, and was the most supportive doula. She has an innate ability to give exactly what you need, before you even knew you needed it. I received both Reiki and reflexology from her as well and it was such a healing and relaxing experience. Can't recommend her enough and would have her be present with us for baby #2 in a heartbeat."
